چکیده

This paper aims to test the ability of WRF-Chem model simulate sand storms in Northwest China and improve simulation results by introducing remote sensing soil moisture data into WRF-Chem. We conducted sensitivity tests, including parameterization scheme tests using By comparing various combinations schemes, which have considerable impacts on emissions, most suitable for was selected establishing models future research. Based optimal combination emissions tested, indicating that has a substantial influence revealing nonlinear relationship between moisture. Although simulations are sensitive moisture, emission volume does not always increase with decreasing content. Moreover, content simulated is quite different from observed satellites. Therefore, we ten occurred 2009–2018, weak, moderate strong storms, explore responses intensities Some experiments were two scenarios: scenario A only WRF-Chem, B designed replacing initial field satellite AMSR2 AMSR-E. Comparing in-situ ground-based satellite-based measurements indicates can capture some but weak needs be greatly improved. After becomes more accurate, substantially improving results. Among AOD (aerosol optical depth) PM10 accuracies improved five seven respectively. this improvement, correlation coefficient reach 0.63, 0.60. • The screened out best storm northwestern China. Improved data. better need ability.

Soil Moisture Estimation Using Remote Sensing

Knowledge of soil moisture content in the root zone is important throughout a wide range of environmental applications, yet adequate monitoring or modelling of this parameter, particularly at larger spatial scales, is difficult due to its high spatial and temporal variability. To overcome the land surface model limits on soil moisture estimation accuracy, point measurement spatial coverage limi...

Estimation of soil moisture using optical, thermal and radar Remote Sensing )Case Study: South of Tehran(

Traditional methods of field measurement of soil moisture in addition to the difficulty, the need for manpower and money and fail to take place on a large scale to be able to show moisture. Therefore, remote sensing has become a widespread use .Landsat 8 satellite data and Sentinel-1 radar satellite from Tehran were provided. 72 soil samples were taken at the same time by satellite passing from...

Soil Moisture Estimation in Rangelands Using Remote Sensing (Case Study: Malayer, West of Iran)

Soil moisture is generally regarded as the limiting factors in rangeland production. Although many studies have been conducted to estimate soil moisture in semiarid areas, there is little information on mountainous rangelands in west of Iran. The present study aims to investigate the soil moisture estimation in rangelands as compared to the other land uses over a mountainous area in central Zag...

Monitoring Soil Salinization in Keriya River Basin, Northwestern China Using Passive Reflective and Active Microwave Remote Sensing Data

Soil salinization is one of the most widespread soil degradation processes on Earth, especially in arid and semi-arid areas. The salinized soil in arid to semi-arid Xinjiang Uyghur Autonomous Region in China accounts for 31% of the area of cultivated land, and thus it is pivotal for the sustainable agricultural development of the area to identify reliable and cost-effective methodologies to mon...

Improving the clay, silt and sand of soil prediction by removing the influence of moisture on reflectance using EPO

Moisture is one of the most important factors that affects soil reflectance spectra. Time and spatial variability of soil moisture leads to reducing the capability of spectroscopy in soil properties estimation. Developing a method that could lessen the effect of moisture on soil properly prediction using spectrometry, is necessary. This paper utilises an external parameter orthogonalisation (EP...
